Meet Nonie
Reflexology helps people relax and heal at the same time.
Once I was introduced to reflexology, I knew it was a complementary modality that could help people relax and heal at the same time. After decades of nursing experience across various types of nursing, reflexology felt like a natural complementary modality that could be integrated with my nursing practice. I discovered reflexology at a Healing Touch conference in 2000 and was eager to learn more about it. By 2003, I had completed my Reflexology Certificate and started my reflexology business while still nursing. I still have that love and passion for reflexology after nearly 25 years. It continues to amaze me how it helps bring my clients into a state of balance and wellbeing.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet, hands, face, and ears correspond to all the organs, glands, and body parts.
Using specialised massage techniques on these reflexes, I help your body relax deeply while improving circulation and nerve function throughout your entire system.
