Your Session
Whether it's your first visit or a regular appointment, here's what you can expect.
1.5 hours
Your first session begins with a thorough health assessment. We'll discuss your medical history, any current concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve through reflexology.
This is followed by a full reflexology treatment tailored to your specific needs. I'll explain what I'm doing as we go, so you feel comfortable and informed throughout.
Allow the full 1.5 hours so we can give your first session the time it deserves.
1 hour
Regular sessions build on the work we've started together. We'll check in on how you've been feeling since your last visit, then move into your treatment.
Over time, I get to know your body's patterns and can tailor each session more precisely. Many clients find that consistent sessions bring the most lasting results.
Sessions are 1 hour, though I often go a little longer if time allows.

Specialties
In addition to standard reflexology, I offer a range of complementary modalities that can be woven into your sessions.
Gentle support through every stage of motherhood
Maternity reflexology is a specialised approach tailored specifically for women during pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period. Using gentle, adapted techniques on the feet, it can help ease common pregnancy discomforts such as nausea, back pain, swelling, and fatigue.
Beyond physical relief, many women find it deeply calming during what can be an overwhelming time. It can also be used to support the body in preparing for labour and to assist with recovery after birth.
Expectant mothers, women preparing for labour, and new mums recovering postnatally.
Reflexology performed while standing for deeper results
Vertical Reflexology (VRT) is a powerful technique where specific reflex points are worked on the tops and sides of the feet while standing. Because the feet are weight-bearing in this position, the reflexes are closer to the surface and can respond more readily to treatment.
VRT is typically used as a brief addition at the beginning or end of a standard session. It's known for producing quick, noticeable results and works particularly well for musculoskeletal issues, joint stiffness, and mobility concerns.
Those dealing with joint pain, mobility issues, or anyone looking to enhance their standard reflexology session.
Combining colour therapy with reflexology for holistic balance
Colour Reflexology integrates the principles of colour therapy with traditional reflexology techniques. Each colour carries its own vibrational frequency, and when applied to specific reflex points, it can help address emotional and energetic imbalances alongside physical concerns.
During a session, coloured light or silk swatches may be applied to reflex areas to support the body's energy centres. It's a wonderfully gentle modality that works on a deeper, more subtle level than physical touch alone.
Those seeking emotional balance, stress relief, or a more holistic approach to their wellbeing.
Harnessing the natural energy of crystals
Crystal healing uses the natural vibrational properties of gemstones placed on or near the body to promote balance and flow of energy. When combined with reflexology, crystals can be placed on specific reflex points to amplify the therapeutic effects of the treatment.
Different crystals carry different properties. Some are calming, others energising, and some are known for their protective or grounding qualities. Nonie selects crystals intuitively based on what each client needs during their session.
Anyone open to energy work, those feeling emotionally drained, or clients looking for a deeper sense of calm and grounding.
Gentle energy healing to restore balance
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and supports the body's natural ability to heal. During a Reiki session, gentle hand placements are used to channel energy to areas of the body that need it most.
Reiki works beautifully as a standalone treatment or as a complement to reflexology. Many clients find the combination of both particularly powerful, as reflexology addresses the physical body while Reiki supports the energetic and emotional layers.
Anyone experiencing stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or those who simply want to feel more centred and at ease.
Whether you're curious about reflexology for the first time or ready to continue your wellness journey, I'd love to hear from you.
